What is best for you! Our Company has two forms of billing: fixed fee and hourly fees. We sit down with new clients and consider which of the two services is benficial and mutually agreeable to both parties. Fixed Fees Services: For tax return preparation we estimate a fixed fee up front to use the clients information to prepare federal and state income tax return for both businesses and individuals.  Should you require accounting services to summaryize your business transactions we also provide accounting service and payroll services, and enter into fixed fee agreements for these services.  We are competitive priced with other CPAs and other tax preparation services.  You return to the same tax preparer each year, get CPA advice as reqested and bargained for, get a CPA who has experience with client IRS audits and IRS appeal services. Consulting Services are Hourly Services engagements. Our rates for consulting vary from $80 to $130 depending upon the level of complexity of service required and the personnel serviceing your needs. Initial Meetings with New Clients The first half hour sit down consultation with a new and continuing client is free.  We collect basic information about your business or your personal return in this meeting.  We also assess the services you will need and schedule your services at this time. Property Association Contracts: We enter info agreements for services and outline all our services in our contracts and agree upon a price for services rendered, supplies used and facility needs. Our licensed Community Association Managers bill out at $50 to $60 per hours and $80 when assisting an attorney. We will hire a CAM employee should you wish to keep CAM costs for property maintenance down to the $25 to $35  per hour range and have input into the CAM selection process. Such CAMs do not usually have the strong accounting,budgeting and consulting background as our other employees. How to Keep Costs Down: We are a quality service provider.  Any time a client can timely and realistically collect information and summarize information which we can use, we will use the information.  We are also bound by standards of our industry with regards to best practices, procedural methods and professional integrity. We will be happy to review our projected service levels and costs up front with you!  Should your needs change mid-stream, we will reassess our contract or agreement with you and provided for your additional needs and services within a new contract or agreement.
